My Sundance posts caught the eye of someone who was helping a friend do publicity on an event taking place at #Sundance2020, she asked me if I wanted to attend. I said I would, only the event was taking place the same day I was flying home from Park City. We chatted a bit more over DMs, leading to her mentioning that she was also a co-founder of this publication Central New York Woman Online which features women of all walks of life, age, race and location, telling their stories of success, failure and hope. BARRYMORE AWARDS 2023 – My BARRYMORE NOMINATOR ROLE – Theatre Philadelphia
November 29, 2023
As with reviewing movies, I don't take notes during the show, I feel this takes away from the enjoyment and purity of my feelings. But I do pay close attention to how the sets look and work. Lighting is harder to judge cause good lighting shouldn't really be noticeable. Direction…
Abandon Ship! Summer Projects & Procrastination
August 21, 2023
I realize I've had a couple of summers recently, where I've been pulled into projects that I should be up for doing. That should be in my wheelhouse, and yet, I never feel that way, Imposter Syndrome, I suppose. But also, a lack of motivation, it always feels like too…
TOP 50 MOVIES I CAN WATCH AGAIN AND AGAIN
January 15, 2022
These are the movies that if I find it on TV, I've gotta watch it to the end, no matter what point it's at. The ones that I get a hankering for, maybe not annually, but every couple of years. There's a lot of good movies missing from this list,…

Philadelphia Film Critics Circle 2020 Winners
May 6, 2021
During the film industry's Awards Season every city's Film Critics Association nominates and votes on Best of films categories similar to the Oscars. Studios, PR Firms , Producers etc. actually care, they ply us with screeners and swag leading up to the vote, care about what date we hold our vote, and many followed our live announcements on Twitter. So it's kinda fun being a big deal 😁
Crop Circle Realities
April 18, 2021
How can some people believe that humans go out in the middle of the night, where there's no streetlight around and no way to bring that much electricity without someone seeing it, yet managed to create a perfect big complex crop-circle within the hours of darkness... How on earth do they manage and not even a dog awakens to bark? And until this day no one has been caught in…
LAST CALL (starring Jeremy Piven)
March 23, 2021
25 MINUTE DRIVE IS A WORLD AWAY co-written/directed by Paolo Pilladi & co-writer Greg Lingo, "Last Call" is a movie about Philly! Set not far from where David O. Russell (Bradley Cooper/Jennifer Lawrence) beloved Silver Linings Playbook was filmed in Upper Darby. It stars Jeremy Piven (Entourage) as Seamus "Mick" McDougal a kid from the neighborhood, whose mother was a saintly housewife; his father (Jack McGee) runs The Bucket, a favored…
Sundance 2020 for Tinsel & Tine 10th Anniversary
March 14, 2021
Very excited to have been approved for press credentials! Unfortunately, I didn't receive the Sundance Institute Press Diversity Stipend, which is fantastic that they even do this as a way to make certain the fest has coverage from the most amount of diverse voices. But disappointing they had so many applicants, that not every deserving journalist could receive from their coffers.
The 78th Annual Golden Globes Round Up 2021
March 2, 2021
But I also totally approved of Jodi Foster accepting her Golden statue for her role in THE MAURITANIAN in silk PJ's and bare feet. It seemed entirely fitting for this ceremony. I think someone should have worn a sexy negligee with an open Marabou accented robe and matching high heeled slippers.
