Food Truck: Ditch Witch (Grant Monahan Montauk NY)
by Le Anne Lindsay, Editor Tinsel & Tine recently began a series covering Food Trucks. Diane (dianeroka.com) and I continued on from New Haven (See Tasting Tour) because she was invited to Montauk NY for a project to capture the local flavor of the place by drawing portraits, much like a photographer captures a scene. Knowing we were to stay at the East Deck, I decided to try and interview the owners of the famed food truck in Ditch Plains called The Ditch Witch. Philly Restaurant – Flying Carpet Cafe & Bar
Stumbled upon an oasis in the desert yesterday, a real treasure of a spot called Flying Carpet Cafe & Bar. Located in the triangular apex of 19th & Poplar (1841 Poplar Street). Mixed Media
This Tinsel & Tine post is not about Industry Media. We’re taking a brief turn today away from film and food. You know how most actors are also singers and vice versa. Well, this blogger also does visual art. Recently, I’ve been working on a series of photographs I took at Long Wood Gardens, blending them with paintings I’ve done in the past or collaging the photos and some I liked the shot in the raw. It’s only 12 of them so far. Click this first photo to visit album.
