Ozery Bakery Morning Rounds & Uniquely Greek Feta Cheese Spreads Product Reviews

Tinsel & Tine got an offer to review two nutritious, delicious, free from artificial preservative products at the same time. Products which just so happened to compliment each other, so I decided to do a combo post.  Hope the respective companies don’t mind, but it’s my blog and no one is paying me, so guess it doesn’t matter if they do mind 🙂

Morning Rounds are by Ozery Bakery, they are toastable fruit and grain buns which are vegan and kosher, low sodium, contain 11g of whole grains per serving, omega-3 polyunsaturated fat (the good fat) Good source of fiber and free of saturated & trans fats.  One of the snack size rounds are only 70 calories and one of the full size buns are 160 calories. I’ve been eating one before my morning walk with a tbsp of peanut butter. Normally, I would have peanut butter on an English muffin or frozen waffle for breakfast, and then be hungry again in about an hour. I like these Morning Rounds because they’re heartier and multigrain and seem to hold
me til lunch.

I got to try all 3 flavors: Apple Cinnamon, Muesli and Cranberry Orange which is probably my favorite, but they’re all pretty equal. I would describe Morning Rounds like baked Naan with more flavor and real pieces of fruit.

Morning Rounds Nutritional Facts. They’re good with Uniquely Greek Cheese Spread

Like I said, I’ve been eating them with breakfast in the toaster, and as snacks with the Uniquely Greek Feta Cheese Spreads (see below) but if you split them, they’re ideal for sandwiches when you’re trying to cut down on your bread intake, the mini ones can be topped with salmon and cream cheese for an appetizer and I also intend to try them as french toast!

Ozery Morning Rounds can be bought online or found at Whole Foods.

Uniquely Greek Feta Cheese Spreads are all natural, gluten free and come in flavors – Simply Spinach, Fire-Roasted Red Pepper, Kalamata Olive and Spicy Buffalo, which is my favorite because it packs the most flavor.

The company Uniquely Greek is the brainchild of deli/restaurant owner Jessica Gill of Boothwyn, PA. She began working with feta cheese to create a delicious, all-natural cheese spread to complement almost every Greek-inspired dishes on the menu. The enthusiastic response from her customers inspired Jessica to enlist her brother in selling the spreads online and in stores like Whole Foods.

My sister and I sampled all the spreads with both the Muesli Morning Rounds and with Popchips, the the feta spreads have a lovely soft consistency and smooth flavor.

I tend to dread being invited to a party where you have to bring something, as cheese platters are expensive, chips and salsa are passe and creating your own dip takes time. These Uniquely Greek Feta Cheese spreads are presentable, different and delicious!  Wanna know more about the quality ingredients that go into making these unique spreads click HERE.

I’ve also brought the chips and Uniquely Greek Spicy Buffalo flavored spread with me to the movies as my Cinema Sneak n Snack!
