“Where is your God now Moses?” – EXODUS: GODS AND KINGS
I'm sure Scott, Christian Bale (as Moses) and the studios behind this 140 million dollar mammoth undertaking felt they could bring something new and powerful to this biblical story, particularly in light of today's technology. Unfortunately, Bale can't fill Heston's sandals, Joel Edgerton can't steer Yul Brenner's chariot, and as visually impressive as the scenes with swarms of flies, bloody seas...

Eat Your Way Through the CHRISTMAS VILLAGE – Love Park Philly 2014
On Black Friday, I either go to the movies or buy a new electronic for myself. And when I go to check out the unique gifts at the holiday bazaar, authentic German Market known as the Christmas Village in Philadelphia (Love Park (JFK Plaza) 1500 Arch Street Philadelphia, PA 19102) I tend to eat my way through. As it’s my dream to one day be on a film festival jury panel, I enjoyed voting on the 16 shorts screened; however, I wish there had been a little more time in between films to really process my thoughts on each one. My favorite: Mit besten Grussen (With Best Regards) (Germany 5 min) | Filmmaker: Bernhard Wenger A woman desperate to meet her crush takes her coworker’s advice to “gently” damage his car and…

A Revlock Review: HORRIBLE BOSSES 2
Tinsel & Tine is normally rah-rah on most movies, but these last 3 we’ve highlighted have not been given our full support. I was fascinated with the subjects of The Theory of Everything (click for T&T post) but not so much with the movie itself. I watch The Hunger Games movies (click for T&T post), but at the same time, can’t really get behind the franchise. And now Mikhail has written a fantastically scathing review of this black comedy which reunites these bumbling murderers under new direction. – Le Anne Lindsay, Editor HORRIBLE BOSSES 2 By Blog Contributor Mikhail Revlock We had to know this was coming. The original Horrible…
