It takes me a while, however, slowly but surely, I try to get around to all the Stephen Starr Restaurants and all the Jose Garces Restaurants in Philly. East Falls Restaurant: In Riva
In August of 2010 I wrote a post on Franco’s Trattoria which closed about a year later. A couple of months ago the restaurant re-opened as In Riva. I went there for brunch today, however, I wasn’t in the mood for anything on their menu. Charcuterie meats and cheese just does not scream Sunday Brunch for me. The breakfast pizza would have been good, but I’ve made a promise to myself to limit my pizza intake to once a week. Same goes for heavy breads like French Toast (Tostato Francese).
