Philadelphia Film Festival Spring Preview
Small observation, perhaps the programming director, Michael Lerman could elaborate a bit more on his take and reasons for the film choices when introducing the films. I think festival goers enjoy any insider type info, I know I do!...

Wrap Up of the Wrap Up from Sundance – Carol Coombes
Knowing that readers are seeking out Tinsel & Tine for commentary on new films and reviews on restaurants, here’s my final round-up from Sundance, embracing Hollywood star-power, Asian noodles and a different way to view movies! In these hard times, everybody knows somebody who has lost his or her job. I hope in honor of him they’ll broadcast the documentary again. On the flip side of that, my…

Sundance 2010 Post 1
All that encompassess the Sundance Film Festival got underway on Thursday(1/21/10) and Park City Utah greeted artists, film goers, musicians, moguls, press and partiers with a lovely snowfall. Grant it, I’m not there to witness this wonderful, over indulgence of sights and sounds, but next year I will be for sure! For this year, I’m very excited to have a corespondent at the festival who is sending back posts and pics for Tinsel and Tine! Stay tuned for Carol Coombes’, first post of her Sundance screenings and mingling. In the meantime, she has taken these great on the scene pics to share. In the spirit that Tinsel & Tine celebrates…
