Unveiling The New Tinsel & Tine

    September 18, 2019 /

And many Bloggers that I started out with had simply closed up shop. Early on, I had dreams of making Tinsel & Tine a business, perhaps PR or an online magazine or felt it would lead to another career in the entertainment industry - none of that happened. So, was it time for me to throw in the towel and pursue something more lucrative in my free time?

That’s Show Biz w/ Chuck Darrow and ME! Radio Broadcast

    September 16, 2019 /

At the same time, although I would have continued to do the show for as long as he wanted me, and I loved the rapport Chuck and I had on the radio; there was a small part of me that was relieved when the show ended, as

    Recap: PHLFOODSTAGRAM ROOF PARTY

    September 16, 2019 /

Got invited to cover the 2nd Annual PHLFoodstagram Event featuring West Avenue Grille Restaurant in Jenkingtown. The event was aimed at super young Philly Influencers, but I got to be included as the old-head of the PHL Blogging world.  The Rooftop of the Sterling Apartments on 18th & JFK is an awesome setting. It was one of those perfect temperature, soft end of summer evenings, and the views of the city were spectacular. Check out more in below Facebook post: Other Sponsors included: Parc, The Sterling Apartment Homes, Strut This, Herb & Lou’s, Forever Young Med Spa, Red Bull, Lumos, Nosh Bars, Chestnut Street Bagel, Kin Boutique, Cherry Blow Dry…

    HUSTLERS

    September 13, 2019 /

HUSLTERS – Since trying it in a class a decade ago, I’ve said pole dancing should be an Olympic sport, it’s very athletic and requires an enormous amount of fitness and training. The competitors would have to change up on the uniform, lose the thong and heels, allow men to compete, but otherwise, it has my vote, especially when someone as graceful and perfectly toned as Jennifer Lopez is the top competitor.  However,  the movie “Hustlers” is so much more than a light romp of pretty women pole dancing, while running an extortion ring.  Female writer/director Lorene Scafaria has created a movie with some meat to it (no pun intended)…
