Recap: PHLFOODSTAGRAM ROOF PARTY
Got invited to cover the 2nd Annual PHLFoodstagram Event featuring West Avenue Grille Restaurant in Jenkingtown. The event was aimed at super young Philly Influencers, but I got to be included as the old-head of the PHL Blogging world. The Rooftop of the Sterling Apartments on 18th & JFK is an awesome setting. It was one of those perfect temperature, soft end of summer evenings, and the views of the city were spectacular. Check out more in below Facebook post: Other Sponsors included: Parc, The Sterling Apartment Homes, Strut This, Herb & Lou’s, Forever Young Med Spa, Red Bull, Lumos, Nosh Bars, Chestnut Street Bagel, Kin Boutique, Cherry Blow Dry…

HUSTLERS
HUSLTERS – Since trying it in a class a decade ago, I’ve said pole dancing should be an Olympic sport, it’s very athletic and requires an enormous amount of fitness and training. The competitors would have to change up on the uniform, lose the thong and heels, allow men to compete, but otherwise, it has my vote, especially when someone as graceful and perfectly toned as Jennifer Lopez is the top competitor. However, the movie “Hustlers” is so much more than a light romp of pretty women pole dancing, while running an extortion ring. Female writer/director Lorene Scafaria has created a movie with some meat to it (no pun intended)…
