TINA: The Tina Turner Musical

I got to see TINA: The Tina Turner Musical with Thomasena of @musicfilmdiva and her friend Carol.

It’s everything you want a Broadway show to be, book & music meet perfectly!!! We saw it with Nkeki Obi-Melekwe @nkekio SO dynamic! Can’t imagine the other Tina who plays her most shows, being better 😍
The Ike Turner was so convincing Daniel J Watts @dwattswords , I didn’t know whether to clap or boo for him at curtain call 😄

Be on the look out for a star on the horizon in a little package, Skye Dakota Turner @skyedakotaturner plays Annamae (Tina) as a child and her voice is pure glory 🤩

Now I feel like seeing the movie “What’s Love Got to Do with It” again.

We also hit the Restaurant BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP COMPANY from “Forrest Gump” first visit. It’s a fun theme restaurant, but of course in Times Square the prices are high for what you get.

All in all, an awesome day! #blessed
