I hadn’t until last week when I got invited to a Media Event for a restaurant in Old City Philadelphia called Ariana Afghan Cuisine (134 Chestnut Street, cross st. closer to 2nd than Front), it’s run by female proprietor, Beheshta Hashmi, and believe it or not, it’s been there for 19 years! I got a tweet from Philly PR Girl inviting me to check out a Pre-Event Pop Up Happy Hour to draw attention to an upcoming fundraiser for OIC of America. The happy hour was held at Fratelli’s Italian Bistro (1339 Chestnut Street).
