Nanny McPhee drops into Philly
PFS sent me on a fun assignment yesterday to cover Emma Thompson doing a Nanny McPhee Q & A and book signing for children invited from local organizations. Click HERE to read post and view pics. I also saw that Emma first made a stop at “Good Day Philadelphia” Stay tuned tomorrow for my commentary on Eat, Pray, Love if you’ve ever taken a look at my profile, I’ve always listed this as my favorite book, so needless to say, I was anxious to see if the movie measured up.

GOING THE DISTANCE Q&A with Director Nanette Burstein
Personally, I’ve never been in a truly long distance relationship, but I once dated a guy that lived in DE (less than 2hrs away) and he broke up with me citing – logistics. Dated another guy in Allentown, (again, less than 2 hrs away in the other direction) sent him a text once with a very steamy promise if he agreed to drive to me after work. Bad Timing for Buddakan
Have you ever checked out Tinsel & Tine’s list of “Next Dining Experiences”? (scroll down sidebar) Buddakan was on that list for a very long time. I was able to check it off in June, as I was treated to this long standing Stephen Starr hot spot for my birthday.
