    Philly Craft Beer Festival

    The Philly Craft Beer Fest will showcase more than 50 of the best local and national craft breweries, serving 150 different beers! The Philly Craft Beer Festival, (MARCH 7, 2020) the event USA Today named one of the 10 Best Beer Festivals in the U.S., Forbes Traveler called one of the “Top 10 Beer Festivals in America,” and winner of Philly Beer Scene’s coveted “Best Beer Fest” award for three years in a row, is back again for another great celebration of craft beer and brewing.     THE GO-GO’S (Sundance 2020 Premiere)

    Director Alison Ellwood handles the interviews, pacing, images, 80s nostalgia deftly, but she doesn’t reinvent the wheel. There’s a standard template for rock-band disintegration and the Go-Go’s story fits within a basic music-doc rulebook, but that makes it no less fun. There’s nothing I love better than a tale of rising beyond one’s wildest dreams, peaking, then taking that terrible tumble, only to learn lessons and find your footing again.

We are presently seeking the assistance of humanities scholars and social scientists from the fields of history, urban studies, anthropology, folklore and sociology to work as facilitators on Precious Places. Production facilitators provide instruction to members of the community organization in the skills necessary to produce a short video, including production management and editing.
