Guest Blogger: Morgan’s Tips on Hosting an Oscar Party
3/3 POST UPDATE – SOCIAL MEDIA HIGHLIGHTS 86 ACADEMY AWARDS (OSCARS 2014) I have intentions of throwing a great Oscar party one year, not ready for that kind of planning and expense this year, but hopefully before the Oscars turn 100 🙂 For now, I prefer the relaxed fun of throwing a virtual online social media party, where everyone provides their own party food in the relative comfort of their own homes, but we can share pictures and comments back and forth during the red carpet and 86th Annual Academy Awards – hosted by Ellen DeGeneres! A Quickie: ABOUT LAST NIGHT
It’s Valentine’s Day and once again I’m spending it alone. I’m not bitter, certainly used to it; but I’m also not in the mood to write a really in depth review on a movie about sex and relationships. Even though the relationships throughout About Last Night are rocky at best, but at least both couples are GETT’N SOME! A messages that touches the most cynical of hearts and is just damn good fun to…

Everything is Awesome: THE LEGO MOVIE
I never played Legos as a kid. I was a total Fisher-Price People fanatic. Still, I can appreciate how closely the animators and writer/directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, worked to make you feel like you're inside a Lego Land. Love the vehicles Legoed by the Master Builders, which come together faster than a Transformer...
