    How Much is That Doggy in the Trash Can? – THE DROP

    by Le Anne Lindsay, Editor I became a Tom Hardy fan from his role in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (click for T&T post), which wasn’t a big role for him, but there was a sexy indolence about the way he played that character that caught my notice.  My sister fell for him in This Means War, (click for T&T post) not the best spy rom/com, but I agree he’s rather adorably charming in that flick.  I still have to catch up on Locke, (click for T&T blog contrib post). Lawless (click for T&T post) remains one of Tinsel & Tine’s most read posts, where Hardy plays the un-kill-able bootlegger, Forrest Bondurant.     by Monique Steans I was really glad to get the assignment to see LOCKE, as it had been on my Indie film radar for sometime. TOM HARDY’S character Ivan Locke, centers around an emotionally tortured man who on the outside seems calmbut on the inside is falling apart at the seams. The film was shot entirely in a car, in London with a singular character, Locke, interacting on the phone with those in his life, it’s an interesting journey.
