I did a small favor for a friend and she rewarded me with Sunday brunch at a restaurant of my choosing! You’d think writing a food blog, I’d get to go to brunch left and right. Not true-yet. Of course, the life that I live in my head has me going to brunch at least 3 out of the 4 Sundays in a month. Lancaster Restaurant: Gibraltar with James
Was it too soon in the relationship to go away for the weekend? I didn’t think so at the time, but part of our problem was we simply rushed too quickly into calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend, the immediate “relationship status” became too fraught with expectations. Mount Hope Estate and Winery Nonetheless, it was a lovely weekend in Lancaster PA, we did some shopping (not as much as I would have liked) we bought wine, drove around spotting Amish buggies and of course spent quality time at our B&B. It takes me a while, however, slowly but surely, I try to get around to all the Stephen Starr Restaurants and all the Jose Garces Restaurants in Philly.
