MAGIC MIKE XXL: Review and Interview with Stephen “tWitch” Boss at Sofitel Philadelphia
by Le Anne Lindsay, Editor 2012’s Magic Mike (click for T&T post) took most of us by surprise. Sure, Steven Soderbergh is an amazing director, but it just seemed like such a throwaway summer movie concept – well, we were wrong – it turned out to be a pretty darn good movie, Matthew McConaughey was fantastic and for those of us who didn’t know Channing Tatum’s background, we were amazed by his moves. Three years later we’re given the sequel and this one, under the direction of Gregory Jacobs with it’s very loose plot and limited dialogue is more or less a throwaway, but a really HOT, SEXY, SUPER FUN…

FIFTY SHADES OF GREY Book to Movie Comparison
Satiated: Fifty Shades of Grey & Fifty Shades Darker By Le Anne Lindsay, Editor POST UPDATE: 2.11.2017 I didn’t read all three of E.L. James Fifty Shades of Grey novels – I listened to them. These books on tape were the highlight of my day while working for a mortgage company doing tedious, monotonous, brain numbing data entry. No sooner did I finish Fifty Shades, I ordered up Fifty Shades Darker, followed by Fifty Shades Freed. It was a period of time when I needed a heavy dose of escapism and obviously, I wasn’t alone! A Quickie: ABOUT LAST NIGHT
It’s Valentine’s Day and once again I’m spending it alone. I’m not bitter, certainly used to it; but I’m also not in the mood to write a really in depth review on a movie about sex and relationships. Even though the relationships throughout About Last Night are rocky at best, but at least both couples are GETT’N SOME! So in short, I’ve never seen the original, About Last Night with Demi Moore and Rob Lowe, but I did find someone who took the time to write a transcript of that version –Drew’s Script-O-Rama (which I thought was funny). I’ve never read the David Mamet play which both movies are based upon.…
