THINK LIKE A MAN
My Preview Screening of Think Like A Man was courtesy of Cinedelphia Steve Harvey, comedian, actor, radio personality, best selling author and relationship expert, got to add one more thing to his list of accomplishments; his book, Act Like a Lady, Think Like A Man is now a [hopefully equally successful] movie. Harvey was in attendance at the Philly red carpet premiere of the film – that has the shortened title of Think Like A Man. Commentary – THIS MEANS WAR
My screening of This Means War was courtesy of and reviewed for Cinedelphia Take a little True Lies, mix in a dash of Mr. & Mrs Smith, add a touch of Ocean’s Eleven and then half-bake and you’ve got a mildly entertaining, McG romantic, spy comedy. Her beautiful daughter Olivia (Keke Palmer of Akeelah and the Bee)is 16 and although she still enjoys singing in the church choir, she's also at that age where blind parental obedience has gone out the stained glass window.

Commentary – The Big Year
by Le Anne Lindsay, written for CINEDELPHIA.com The movie’s about a competition, but the competition is really a metaphor for trying to achieve great ambition. It’s about the pursuit of excellence, and it’s about three guys who are just trying to get outside of their normal, everyday existence and achieve something they’ve always dreamed of… – Director David Frankel (Marley & Me) excerpt from interview on BirdingBlogs.com What are these three guys played by Steve Martin, Jack Black and Owen Wilson trying to achieve? A Big Year! A term in Birding (not to be called bird watching) for an entire year spent traveling around the country, up hills, down rivers,…
