The 2020 Season features seven short films with a total program running time of 96 minutes. Films are not rated, but we suggest age 14+ for this Season’s lineup. Click here to see the full line-up!

The Program

Our program will start at 7:00pm with remarks from GOTR staff, sponsors, and film industry veterans. Then the audience will watch the films via a custom Video link while participating in live commentary on Zoom.

Can’t join at the event date and time? That’s okay! Your registration includes a film screening link active for 24 hours for you to watch on your own time.

LUNAFEST®, the fundraising film festival dedicated to promoting awareness about women’s issues, highlighting women filmmakers, and bringing women together in their communities, will be hosted by Girls on the Run virtually in the comfort of your own home.

This unique film festival highlights women as leaders in society, illustrated through short films by women filmmakers. The films range from animation to fictional drama, and cover topics such as women’s health, motherhood, body image, aging, cultural diversity and breaking barriers.
