Missing Ingredients: MAMA
As the preview screening of Guillermo del Toro’s horror film Mama, came closer and closer, the more I was tempted to cancel my reservation out of fear. As previously mentioned, I’m too susceptible to supernatural movies. I think it’s because I believe that ANYTHING no matter how far fetched or out of this world, is possible. And this open-mindedness, combined with living alone, can really set my imagination working over-time. But to my relief and disappointment. MAMA isn’t very scary. Paranormal Parody – A Haunted House
@marlonlwayans #AHauntedHouse is a bad title, too generic, no black people are gonna call it this, why didn't u just go with Paranormal Blacktivity? Ur writing is raunchy, juvenile, stupid, racial and ridiculous yet I LOL'd so much in spite of myself. This movie will find it's core audience and they'll be lovin :-D the whole thing!

However, I like to imagine taking color and race out of the equation and instead put in robots or an alien race who truly live to serve. Will You Stop Eating Cupcakes! – THIS IS 40
by Le Anne Lindsay, Editor If I had realized the characters in Judd Apatow’s This Is 40, were the same couple from Knocked Up, I would not have gone to see this movie. I hated Alison’s (Katherine Heigl’s) annoying, abrasive, argumentative sister and brother-in-law. My amnesia is not surprising considering Knocked Up is on my list of “never need to see again movies” – just did not see the funny.
