Derek Pastuszek: My family and I were affected by Hurricane Sandy: We had a quirky old house in Beach Haven on Long Beach Island, a home my grandfather built himself in the 1960s (after the March Storm of 1962) – and although the house survived Sandy, my family parted ways with it in the aftermath. I hate to say it, but say Joe Namath, Rocky Marciano, Bob Dillon and Henry Kissinger all hung out one night, there wouldn’t be a person alive or dead that wouldn’t know everything about it.
