    ZOLA (Sundance 2020 Premiere)

    January 30, 2020 /

Basically, ZOLA is a recounting of how Zola (Taylour Paige) (pretty, 20-something black female) meets Stefani (Riley Keough )(pretty 20-something white female), it seems one exotic dancer can always recognize another, and they strike up a friendship, which goes horribly wrong when Stefani invites Zola on a road trip to Tampa to dance. Strippers can make more money traveling to other cities to work the pole, as they’re considered “new talent” to customers tired of the same ol girls. I don’t think any trouble would have come of the trip if the girls were on their own, Unfortunately, they are accompanied by Stefani’s dim-witted boyfriend Derrick (Nicholas Braun ) and…

Highlight: Teaspoon & Pound Media, LLC

    January 20, 2020 /

Tatiana Bacchus, Owner/Senior Producer of Teaspoon & Pound Media, LLC, is an emerging independent filmmaker, who curates the ancestral wisdom of invisible characters by telling their untold stories. She’s a passionate, talented and terrific woman whom I’ve been lucky enough to get to know through our shared Philly Film/Artists Community. Teaspon and Pound Media, LLC has several projects underway. Two films at the forefront: Feature length documentary, Freedom Denied, which posthumously tells the story of Jean-Baptiste Edvard Pierre’s near decade-long battle for political asylum in the United States, as told by the attorneys and community activists who fought for his freedom. Her other project is: Ulrick Haitian master painter Ulrick…

    Marvel Studios: BLACK WIDOW POSTPONED

    January 17, 2020 /

It’s serious now when you start messing with my MARVEL!!! 😡😥 #BlackWidow’ Release Pulled Amid Coronavirus Pandemic @MarvelStudios https://t.co/zui08JdrFR via @YahooEnt — Tinsel & Tine (@tinseltine) March 17, 2020 An origin story we’ve been waiting for since “Iron Man 2.”, the legacy of Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson).  In Marvel Studios’ action-packed spy thriller “Black Widow,” Natasha confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. I wonder how the movie will start, with Clint reminiscing and remembering her. I’ll be curious how they handle a story that’s posthumous.
